Jana Kramer is a country singer, songwriter and actor that made her name known on television when she was chosen to play Alex in One Tree Hill for the last three seasons. The show featured her in a number of episodes as a new country music artist. This helped her album to reach the Billboard 200 Top 20. Thirty One (2015), the album which followed in 2015 also made it to into the Top Ten. The decade ended by performances for Dancing with the Stars. Voices an album that is self-debating, will be released in 2021. Growing up within Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer grew up on country music. She would later pursue a recording career but she began her professional life as a performer, appearing on screen on the screen in the 2002 independent horror film Dead/Undead while still in her teens. NBC Friday Night Lights, second season 2007-2008. After a series of guest appearances in All My Children (including CSI: NY), she landed a recurring role as Noelle Davenport. Kramer would go on to portray Portia Ranson on 90210 (2008-2009) and Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009) prior to when she was tapped for One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until about half-way through the last season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer began her career as a performer on One Tree Hill in 2011. The actress signed a contract to Elektra Records during this time and debuted the country-rock track "I I Won't Let You Go" in the show's episode. This track appeared later on Jana Kramer's debut full-length in mid 2012. The track landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Following a shift to her professional musical career, she continued acting and appeared in films like Heart of the Country 2013 (which attracted her fan base) as well as Country Crush 2016 (which would appeal her music fans). Kramer launched her second studio album, Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville, in October of this year. I Got the Boy - a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead vocalist, singing a duet on the album reach the top 10 of the Billboard 200. In September 2016, her stint on the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted 2 months, and she finished in a fourth place finishing. Also, she scored an adult contemporary hit with the song Feels like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
